Thank you for purchasing one of our products or becoming a member.
 

Despite the vast amount of enquiries we receive each day we endeavour to ship most orders within 3 to 21 days. 

Orders for new membership kits are shipped by Royal Mail recorded delivery if you live in the UK. None UK membership kits are shipped via Royal Mail international signed packages. All other orders are shipped by 2nd class post. If you are paying by personal cheque please allow an additional 5 working days. Please contact our UK office on 0161 280 3777 if you do not receive your order within 28 days.

 

If you live outside the UK, delivery times will often vary depending on the country. Please allow an extra 7 Days for none UK deliveries.  If it is an emergency, we will try to fast track your Membership. None membership orders cannot be fast tracked.

 

Important Payment Information:

All cheques/Postal Orders should be made payable to: Zvikler Healing Research (UK) Ltd Cheques and Postal Orders must be made out in Pound's Stirling (£'s)

If you wish to send a cheque in Foreign Currency there would be additional minimum charge of  £15.
Please be aware that It can take up to 21 days to clear a cheque from a none UK bank.

South African customers should be aware that the government of South Africa  does not allowed the purchase of foreign goods using cheques or bank drafts issued on a South African Bank.

 

Important Returns Information:

 

Please note that are 28 day money back only applies to full memberships. All items should be returned in unused condition and all membership kits should be returned by recorded delivery or signed for carrier. We cannot be held responsible for any items that get lost in the post. We strongly suggest that for high priced items you purchase the relevant insurance to protect you should any item get lost in the post

 

The best time to call the UK office is between 12.00pm to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. The Office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

 

NB: If you are returning an Em-Power Disc for re-sequencing or for any other reason please send it by recorded delivery.
