Dear Shopper.
Despite the vast amount
of enquiries we receive each day we endeavour to ship most orders within
3 to 21 days.
If you live outside the UK, delivery times will often vary depending on the country. Please allow an extra 7 Days for none UK deliveries. If it is an emergency, we will try to fast track your Membership. None membership orders cannot be fast tracked.
Important Payment Information: South African customers should be aware that the government of South Africa does not allowed the purchase of foreign goods using cheques or bank drafts issued on a South African Bank.
Important Returns Information:
Please note that are 28 day money back only applies to full memberships. All items should be returned in unused condition and all membership kits should be returned by recorded delivery or signed for carrier. We cannot be held responsible for any items that get lost in the post. We strongly suggest that for high priced items you purchase the relevant insurance to protect you should any item get lost in the post
The best time to call the UK office is between 12.00pm to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. The Office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
NB: If you are returning
an Em-Power Disc for re-sequencing or for any other reason please send
it by recorded delivery.
